Digital locking
The doors at Lieblingsplatz can be easily opened and closed keylessly via transponder. As a comfort feature, this also works via your Placed App. Please note that in case of power or internet failure the comfort functionality via the Placed App is unfortunately not available. Therefore, please make sure that you always have your transponder with you.
Bell system
Your doorbell sign is digitally tagged with your name and you can also receive the ring signal via your Placed app - pretty smart.
Keep track
In the "My contract" section, you will find all the important data, forms and other documents relating to your rental apartment.
W-LAN
When you move in, you will receive all information and your access data via Placed App. Your all-inclusive rent already includes a fast internet connection. And even better: You'll have Wi-Fi reception even on the balcony and in the courtyard.
But if you need even more bandwidth, you can always sign a separate contract with Telekom.
Common rooms
You can conveniently open the common rooms via transponder or your Placed app. On the 1st and 4th floor you can use our gyms.
On the 2nd and 4th floor you can relax or play table soccer. On the 3rd floor, our coworking space offers enough space and opportunities to learn together. Our laundromats are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Your digital in-house laundromat
Doing laundry has never been so smart. Simply book the washing machine and dryer online in advance and then pay cashless in the WeWash app. You can even book the washing machine and dryer by phone.

Parcel box
Have your parcels sent to your parcel locker at Lieblingsplatz to save you the trip to the parcel delivery company’s branch and open your parcel locker easily with the Placed app.
You can also use your parcel locker to send returns with established parcel delivery companies and shipments to neighbors from your Lieblingsplatz.
Submetering - your use of utilities
More transparency and convenience: Your use of heat, cold and hot water is recorded digitally and sent to you every 14 days via the Placed app.
