The entire Lieblingsplatz is ideal for the starting phase of your career. The modern new building lets you live, learn and network. You'll find co-working spaces, common rooms, a lively, communicative courtyard – there even is a restaurant on site. Feel free to look around, we have 4 different apartment sizes to choose from: Snipe, Laser, Conger and Opti.

We know that you are on your way.

All apartments at Lieblingsplatz are equipped to keep you as mobile as possible. You bring your own table and bed, everything else is already there – of high quality and comfortable. And if you do have a few more things: each apartment has its own storage room in the basement and a parking space for your bike.

All apartments are partly furnished and have:

  • High quality kitchen with Bosch appliances (dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, fridge-freezer, oven)
  • A proper feel-good bathroom with spacious walk-in shower
  • balcony, loggia, or terrace (high-quality balcony flooring made of Bankirai)

All-inclusive rent

With the flat-rate rent, you don't need to sign any extra contracts for utilities and cancel later when you move on. Even if we think you won’t want to leave.

Do you know what it means to regularly pay for electricity, water and heating in Kiel? And then add Wi-Fi to the mix. Subtract all that from the all-inclusive rent. That’s not too bad, is it?

There are 5 flats for wheelchair users: EG.011, 1.033, 2.079, 3.125 und 4.171.
